Worked perfectly

Installed and turned on my Canon 7D and received the information immediately. Great application.

Does not work

Tried it on 3 different Canon 5Dmkiii’s

Super - works great

I just found this on Twitter, downloaded and it worked fine. 1033388 activations on a well used 5DMII. Good info to know. Thanks!

Excellent, now no need to send to Canon

Works perfect on both my 5D Mark III and 7D

Great tool

Nice and easy app for your photography business

Works great!

Great app (and its accurate). Finding the shutter count of my 60D, 7D and 6D took less than a minute.

Very nice app!

Works great for my Canon 5D MKII. Simple USB connection and run the app. Did not support my Canon EOS M camera but I didn’t expect it would. Maybe in a update.

Very Fast and Useful

Tested this app with both my cameras. Worked perfectly. Its great to know when youre considering trading-in, selling, or upgrading your cameras. A cameras shutter count is like the odometer on a car. While its not the perfect indicator of a cameras condition, its a good place to start. Depending upon the model of camera you have, replacing the shutter ranges from $300 to $700.

Great App

Instant Read - Very easy!

perfect!

It works perfectly and quickly on my MBP and Canon 5D Mark II!!! Thank you DIRE Studio!!!

Does what it says

This app doesn’t do much, but it does do what it claims to do. Worked perfectly with my Canon 50d.

Works great, used on a Canon T1i

Just used it on my Canon T1i, and it worked great. It only took a second to get the reading. It will be helpful as I would like to shop around for a used camera body and now I can tell how much shutter life has been used before I buy.

People, REVIEW why & what you bought!

It’s annoying to see reviews that didn’t read the description and that’s why they lower the ratings or people who excepted more than what it said! It works! Plug it it, start the camera, you’re done. Even keeps a log to show you the past counts.

Woks like a charm

Easy to use and works like a charm. Before buying the app, check out the list of supported cameras. My 5D Mark II was listed and it gave the exact shutter count as promised.

Great Application

Easy to use. Plugged in my camera and immediatly viewed the shutter count. Great application, thank you to the developer!

COULD BE A GREAT TOOL

CAN YOU PLEASE SUPPORT 1DMARKIII? WOULD HELP, PLENTY USED BODIES OUT THERE BEING SOLD.

Perfect with Canon 5D Mk3

Just downloaded the app, opened it and it provided my actuation count quickly and perfectly. My steps: Plugged USB into camera then into MacBook Pro - Turned camera on - Opened ShutterCount app. Very pleased. Thanks!

Please add more Camera Bodies

The 5D MK II work great !! I would love to see the 1Ds-MKIII added also. - Still lots of these bodies out there.

It Works

It does what it promises. I got the shutter count for my Canon T4i which I bought used. For $3.00 it gave me a little peace of mind. This will be nice for buying a used camera. Just bring your Mac laptop, plug in the camera and test before buying. 100,000 is considered high shutter count.

It Works

Couldn’t get a shutter count for my Canon 60D from any of the online applications, so I reluctantly forked over the three bucks for this app. It was worth it. Worked exactly as it’s supposed to the first time with no issues. Simple and straightforward interface— just know that you need a USB cable to connect directly to the camera to use this app. Unlike some other apps, this one reads the information directly from the camera (probably more reliable anyway) rather than viewing a photo file from the camera to determine the shutter count that way. Now I know my exact shutter count for when I re-sell this camera. Useful tool to have around for buying/selling used cameras, and given how much cameras can cost, three bucks is totally worth it to know an exact shutter count.
